🙌 Kudos Round
A sincere thank-you costs nothing and stays with people for a long time. In the Kudos Round, everyone picks a colleague or the whole team and writes one sentence about what they're thankful for. The stage then shows all the thank-yous as cards – and everyone sees on their phone which kudos they received. That way the meeting ends with appreciation instead of “Okay, bye then”.

FAQ
Can you see who the kudos are from?
The host decides at the start: “with names” or “anonymous”. In anonymous mode, nobody can see who wrote which card.
What if someone doesn't get any kudos?
The stage only shows the thank-yous – no leaderboard and no count per person. And thanks to the whole team count for everyone.
